Crystal Therapy
Crystals assist the self healing of the body. They have the ability to hold and discharge energy. Crystals absorb, direct and diffuse our natural magnetic energy field to balance the body and the mind. A Crystal Therapist will place appropriate crystals on the chakra areas of the body. The chakras, along with our aura help to balance our spiritual, emotional, and physical body.
It is well known that appropriate crystals, when worn, can help, uplift, relax or calm, aid digestion and improve general well being.
