Meditation for Relaxation
This class is designed for complete relaxation, guided meditations aid well being and peace of mind.
Most of us live in the fast lane on a daily basis, with little or no time for ourselves. Allowing our bodies and minds time to relax, is essential to our well being. Learning how to meditate, to cope with everyday pressures, and stress levels around us, is a way that we can be in tune with ourselves and so achieve peace and harmony.
Please note that these classes are extremely popular and places have to be reserved in advance.
