Automatic Writing

Messages dictated through automatic writing from Spirit Guide Red Cloud

The writing of feelings, thoughts and ideas can be given from spirit as inspiration, or as a message, to loved ones on the earth plane.

As with all spirit communication, I would advise that you put psychic protection around yourself.. Then sit with a notepad and a pencil or pen held lightly. Open your thoughts to the spirit world and ask that your spirit guide allows communication with either themselves or with loved ones in the spirit world using the pen and paper for communication.

You may find that you start to write or draw without a pause, or knowledge, of what is going to transcribe on the paper. Alternatively you may feel that you need to write or draw something that inspires you. Poetry is often dictated in this way from spirit. Musicians can also are inspired in this way. Words or pictures may form in your head, and you just know that you have to get this down on paper. Go with how you feel, and you may be very surprised with what transpires.

Automatic writing does not have to be with pen and paper. Communication can also be through type written word. Just in the same way that you hold a pen or pencil lightly over the paper, place your fingers lightly on the keys. You may feel as though you have words forming in your head, or even full sentences.

Another form of communication is through psychic art. Psychic art is a way that spirit can impress on us their image. They can also inspire us to draw/paint beautiful images. Sometimes Spirit Guides show themselves in this way.

Usually, as with automatic writing, the psychic sketches tend to come through really quickly with the image appearing on the paper in front of our eyes. Although sometimes, the image can be extremely detailed and may take a little while to form. This is a very visual way of spirit showing themselves to us, and can have some amazing results. The above drawing was interesting, as when photographed, it appeared that the light was eminating from the pencil and radiating outwardly.
