MESSAGES FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE Messages from spirit can come in many forms, psychic art and automatic writing being just two methods of communication. Psychic art is a way that spirit can impress on us their image, or even to describe to us the image of someone who they love and is actually still alive and well. Spirit can also inspire us to draw/paint beautiful images. With automatic writing, thoughts, feelings and ideas can be given from spirit as inspiration or as a message to loved ones on the earth plane. As with all spirit communication, I would advise that you put psychic protection around yourself.. Then sit with a notepad and a pencil or pen held lightly. Open your thoughts to the spirit world and ask that your spirit guide allows communication with either themselves or with loved ones in the spirit world using the pen and paper for communication. You may find that you start to write or draw without a pause, or knowledge, of what is going to transcribe on the paper. Alternatively you may feel that you need to write or draw something that inspires you. Poetry is often dictated in this way from spirit. Musicians can also are inspired in this way. Words or pictures may form in your head, and you just know that you have to get this down on paper. Go with how you feel, and you may be very surprised with what transpires. I had to draw a full image with this girl. She appears to have a back pack of some kind, and wearing shorts and a shirt that is tied at the front. This was a different sort of drawing as I started from the feet upwards with it.
