Psychometry

Psychometry is the reading of any object. This is usually the holding of an object, such as, a key, a watch, a ring etc and feeling the energy of the object and the person it belongs to. If the object is old and has belonged to more than one person, then the energies from the previous owners may well come through in the reading.

The reading of such an object can produce images, feelings, smells etc that may be associated to either the person who owns the object or the former owner. It is another form of communication, and one that can be extremely helpful in certain circumstances. For example; During a psychic investigation, the holding of a personal object could hold the key to solving a mystery.

If you want to try this, ask a friend to let you have an object to hold. They must know who this belongs to, and some information about that person, if it does not belong to them. Concentrate on the object in your hand. Allow the energies from that object to be the focus of your attention. Feel those energies in the palm of your hand. Allow the energies to flow through your body, so that you are only conscious of the object and the feelings that come from it. Images may start to pop into your head. This could be in the form of pictures, symbols or words. Say what you see, feel, hear, think, and smell. The images may mean nothing to you, but they could be very significant to the person that you are doing the reading for.
