Introduction to Mindfulness -
The quality of the outer is dependant on the quality within.
This workshop shows you how to centre yourself, focusing on the moment to achieve inner peace, balance and harmony. This brings an awareness of the changes needed in your inner world helping to maintain outer balance for ourselves and for our planet.
Through meditation techniques and practical exercises we can gain an insight into our emotions and fears teaching us how to manage our thoughts and feelings, bringing clarity of mind, concentration, attention and relationship understanding to improve our health and well being.
