​Totem or power animals come into our lives on a regular basis, noticing, acknowledging and working with them is something that we can all gain from if we know how.

 Listening to our totem animals can help us to study and understand their qualities and behaviours so that we can use this knowledge in our daily lives.  Basic natural instincts, unhindered by human existence, the animal, bird or insect can teach us many things such as patience, endurance, survival and balance.

In this workshop you will be guided through meditation and  fun psychic exercises to explore the realms of the animal kingdom and the lessons that we can learn from them.
