Karen Parry is a fully qualified Hypnotherapist who specialises in stopping smoking, weight control, anxiety and panic attacks, fears and phobias, stress management and much more.

The great thing about hypnosis is that it uses the natural abilities of your own mind to safely bring about the changes you require.

Within your treatment you will receive 20 minutes of positive suggestive therapy and pure relaxation entering into the altered state of awareness. You will receive a deeper understanding and feeling for what hypnotherapy is all about and how you can benefit from this holistic approach to your health and wellbeing.

With this being a taster session you would not receive a full treatment with regards to healing or working on a specific area as such, but you will get the induction of the relaxation aspect of the session plus some added suggestions targeted to your own individual needs, i.e weight control, sleeping difficulties, pain control, confidence and self esteem, stress and anxiety release etc

Should you wish to book a full hypnotherapy session in the future, or as a result of the taster sessions, full treatments available are as follows: stopping smoking, weight control and weight loss, sleeping difficulties, anxiety and panic attacks, confidence and self esteem, pain control, regression therapy, performance boosters. 
Sessions last from 1hr to 1hr and a half

Treatments are £35 per session(excludes stopping smoking £100 for 2 sessions)
