Reiki Master Julie Sutton
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force Energy . Dr Mikao Usui rediscovered a way of channelling this healing energy in the 1920s which has been passed down via Reiki Masters to their students who want to teach and pass on this wonderful healing energy.
Due to busy lives, I tailor my courses to the individual student requirements so attunments and tuition can by held in the week, weekends or over chosen evenings. All levels include theory and practical sessions.
Reiki level One
This is the start of your Reiki journey and is mainly for self treatments and getting used to the Reiki energy, finding out how adaptable it is.
This level includes:
The history of Reiki
Introduction to Human Energies
Attunement to the Reiki energy
The Reiki principles
Self cleansing techniques
Energy Protection
Ethics and Confidentiality when giving treatments to family and friends
Treatment hand positions for self treatments/family and friends in the sitting position or lying down.
Reiki level Two
Once you have got confident and comfortable with the energies from level one, the next stage is level two where three of the Reiki symbols are introduced to you: The Power Symbol, Harmony Symbol and the Distant Treatment Symbol.
This level includes:
Attunement to three new Reiki Symbols
Full explanation of these symbols and their uses
The Symbol Mantras
When and when not to use them.
Ethics of treatments to others.
Advice on setting up your own Reiki practise
Reiki energy vibrations
Code of Practise for Reiki Practitioners
Reiki level Three
This is the Master/Teacher level and comes with a lot of responsibility. Only undertake this level because you want to, not because you feel obliged to.
This level includes:
Attunement to the Usiu and the Tibetan Master Symbols, and the Energy (Fire Serpent) Symbol.
Learning and practising the attunement methods for level one, two and Master level.
