Meditation is the key to communication with spirit. Not only does it lift our vibration and puts us in touch with our inner self, we can also connect with our guides who will share their valuable insight and knowledge with us.

and show you how to listen to the call of the universe helping you to understand your own journey and follow the signposts along the way.
This workshop will take you on a journey of discovery as we travel through time
